OK... SO THERE'S THIS PLANE

Yeah on Friday the 22nd, that is key here, ME (and the rest of my team) left for the airport at the relatively decent hour of 8:30. It was during this time that jack got his passport by overnight mail, THANK GOD. So FINALLY we were all able to go to Japan. Tokyo here we come, ready or not. I mean just look at that face on Jack can you really resist that, really. And for all of you who said no you are all horrible people, all of us on Tokyo PSW A love Jack and are happy that he got to join us. So yeah we just basically waited outside the dorm building until 8:30 or so until everyone was all packed and we had prayed.
SO HERE ARE A COUPLE OF PIX OF OUR TEAM JUST HANGING OUT IN FRONT OF OUR DORM, ON THE LEFT PHOTO WE HAVE SAMMY, KYLAN (BO), AND JOE. ON THE BOTTOM WE HAVE TRACI OUR TEAM NINJA!
HERE WE HAVE THE CLASSICAL PERSON A, BEING EMILY, TAKING A PICTURE OF PERSON B, ME. WE WERE EITHER REALLY EXCITED ABOUT GOING TO TOKYO OR REALLY BORED... NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT I'M GOING WITH YES!
OK... so now that the pictures are out of the way... or is there more, don don don, corny I know. Anyways we got to the airport dealt with the fun of our passports, luggage, and our plane ticket / boarding pass. oh and did I forget security, oh that was oh so much fun. We got through that and then just chilled at our gate were our plane was to leave from. HEATHER, TRACI, JOSH, AND BO JUST CHILLING AT THE AIRPORT. IS IT ME OR IS JOSH A LITTLE TOO HAPPY ALMOST TO A CREEPY DEGREE.
AFTER A LOT OF PICTURES WERE TAKEN OF HER KIMIYO DIDN'T WANT ANYMORE, SO SHE THOUGHT THAT PUTTING HER HANDS IN FRONT OF HER FACE WOULD STOP THE PHOTO'S... HEHEHE SORRY KIMI NOT THIS TIME.

OK SO THE PLANE FINALLY COMES AND WE GET TO TOKYO, HURRAY!! BUT WAIT ITS SATURDAY THE 23. WELL I'LL TELL YOU GUYS THE REST LATER GUYS I ACTUALLY HAVE TO GO WAKE UP MY ROOM MATE JACK.

Briefing

Ok guys this is my first blog, well ever, so lets see how this goes. Ok so, briefing in short was a time that prepared us as a team and as individuals to go to our respective areas. It was so cool to meet up with the my team leaders Gen and Heather and to finally see my team members and to start talking to them. Once we got to briefing it so much fun but there was so much work to be done as well, and what blew my mind is just how much God moved and worked cause there was no way that we, as a team, could have done anything. Well to start out, once everyone got to briefing and got settled for a little bit, then Gen and Heather gave us the bad news about our support raising. Apparently we were over $19,000 short for everyone to go... that's alot of money. In about 24 hours or so we went down from $19,000 to $8,000. By the grace of God and help of so many people we raise around $11,000 no way could man do this with out the help of God. After that we managed to raise almost all the support save for $1,000. Ok for a different act of God, one of the team members, Jack, FORGOT HIS PASSPORT, well to make a long story short he got it mailed to someones house. Well it didn't make it till the day we were leaving so praise God, if you want more on that story then my guess is that its on Jack's blog's so check it out.
